Refund policy

INTRODUCTION
At IPES BUSINESS SCHOOL, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise after you have enrolled in our courses. We are committed to providing a fair refund policy to assist our students in such situations.

REFUND POLICY
1. Early Cancellation: Students who cancel their registration within 8 days of payment are eligible for a full refund, provided no course materials have been downloaded.

2. Withdrawal after Grace Period: If a student withdraws after the 8-day grace period but before the start of classes, they will be eligible for a 50% tuition refund.

3. Exceptional circumstances: In the event of exceptional circumstances (serious illness, serious family difficulties, etc.), the student may request a partial or total refund. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Non-Participation or Non-Completion of the Course: No refund will be given for non-participation or non-completion of the course after it has begun.

REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE
To request a refund, the student must submit a written request via the email « direction@ipes-bs.com » clearly stating the reasons for the request. Requests must be submitted within the specified deadlines to be considered.

Processing Refunds :
Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days. Refunds will be processed by the same payment method used at the time of registration.

Policy Changes:
IPES BUSINESS SCHOOL reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated effectively to all registered students.
